Cuban Heel Fully Fashioned Stockings were made in the 1950s using the same vintage Reading knitting machines that were used to make these glamorous seamed nylons, that recreate a truly authentic vintage look and feel.
The Cuban Heel itself is a reinforced darker narrow rectangle at the end which does not taper into a point, unlike the French heel.
Each pair of stockings has been sewn together individually at the back and has a keyhole (finishing loop) at the top of the stocking welt. The double thickness welt is best paired with garters that have at least six straps, to keep the stockings looking their best.
Authentic Fully Fashioned stockings are made from 15 denier nylon and do not stretch, so please choose your size carefully. There are available from an extra small to a tall size, so you can get a perfect fit.
